How Do I Wear My...

Disclaimer: I'm usually not a huge fan of leopard, but I think if you're going to wear an animal print, this is how you do it right

Style Highlight: Yoo Hyun

Meet my oh so freaking cute friend, Yoo! (pronounced like "you") I love her style! She can pull off huge chunky scarves, baggy sweaters and huge round sunglasses. All things I envy about her! She's an international student from Seoul, South Korea. I saw her today and said, Oh my, you are too cute to not be in my blog! So, of course, here she is!

Perfect ensemble for our weather lately. It's been 45 degrees in the morning and 70 degrees in the afternoon. I love functional fashion, another reason why I love the shorts and tights combo!
Love her flats!
 Cute sunnies!

Isn't she adorbs?!

This post has me thinking that I really need to feature more do-able street fashion in my blog. You know, the cute outfits you see everyday that you just want to take a picture of...

Now if I could just figure out how to not be so creepy when I ask a random stranger on campus if I can take their picture...I don't think there is a not creepy way to do so...

Treat Yo Self: Fine Leather Goods

So I love Parks and Rec. And I love this episode. Watch this clip about "treating yo self." HI-larious.

So, in honor of "Treat Yo Self Day"...why don't you...well...TREAT YO SELF!

Today's Trend Highlight: Structured Leather.

Whether it's a cute clutch or a vintage bowling bag, structured leather goods are really big right now and can make any outfit look sophisticated and crisp. While it may be an investment, it's worth while because a good handbag or clutch can really complete a look and bring it all together to make a classy, cute and conservative ensemble! Also, if you're really not looking to spend a whole lot put it on the Christmas list, eh?

These are a few of my favorite things...

And by favorite things I mean favorite looks of the week!

Taylor Swift at the 'Wonderstruck Taylor Swift' Fragrance Launch at Macy's Herald Square in New York City on October 13, 2011.
Love the length of this dress and the 3/4 length sleeves. Also digging the metallic horizontal stripes. Also, now that it's fall I encourage girls with a similar skin tone to T-Swift to try a dark red lipstain or lipstick

Check out this video from Benefit for more information about lip stain..they have a great product that stays on for a long time!
